Sheila Braka Musiime [Chair]
Sheila, a Ugandan national, is the Deputy General Counsel for Operations in the World Bank. She advises Senior Management and the Board of Directors on operations matters and leads a team of lawyers and staff who work on all aspects of law and development. Prior to this role, Sheila managed the World Bank’s legal work in Africa and in East Asia and Pacific. Sheila earned an LLB from Makerere University Law School in Uganda and an LLM from Harvard Law School.

Stacy currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for International Justice Mission, after serving as CFO at several publicly traded companies and in financial leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Ely Lilly & Co. Stacy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and an MBA in Business from Harvard Business School.

Cathy currently works as a Director of Strategic Partnerships with Samaritan’s Purse. Cathy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi, an MBA in Marketing from Queens University of Charlotte and a Masters in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary.

Michele Lee
Michele currently serves as a Clinical Psychologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Previously, Michele served as Global VP for Justice Solutions at International Justice Mission where she pioneered its “Assessment of Survivor Outcomes” framework. Michele earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and two Master’s degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University, as well as a PhD in Counseling Psychology from New York University.

David Hazelton
David graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, clerked on a federal court of appeals, and then joined the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP. He was a partner for over 30 years and led the firm’s government contracts practice. He serves on several faith-based boards including Denver Seminary, Michigan Christian Study Center, Central Union Mission, Chariots for Hope, and Cru’s humanitarian subsidiary. He is the author of The Simplified Guide: Paul’s Letters to the Churches and God’s Marriage Blueprint: Restoring the Beauty of God’s Original Design.

He has advised the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services on the Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program and led evaluations of national health care models for CMS and the CDC. Peter holds a BA in Biblical Literature from Taylor University, an MA in Sustainable International Development, and a PhD in Health Policy from Brandeis University.
